Overview

Mohare danda trek, often addressed as an alternative to touristic Poon Hill Trek offers panoramic views of Annapurnas. The Mohare Danda trail starts from the town of Galeshwor on the river Kali Gandaki in the Annapurna region. The trailhead of Mohare Danda is just 4-5 hours away from Pokhara. Despite being close to Pokhara, this route is quiet, non-touristic & not even on google map yet. However, you will be tricked by the mesmerizing sunrise & sunset view. Better than popular Poon Hill trek.

Be it the mystical oak, pine & rhododendron forests Mohare Danda will engage you during the whole trek. We believe that trekking to Mohare Danda will help local communities who usually miss the chance to do business by being off the main trail. We at upscale adventures seek to promote sustainable tourism & eventually support local communities wherever possible.

So, for those who are looking for a peaceful hike with fewer crowds, Mohare Danda trek is recommended.
