Booking and Payment
1. Are there any extra costs that I will have to pay on top of the trek price?
The price of the trek mainly depends of the price for permits, accommodation, meals and a guide. However, expenses like private expenses, guides as well as porters tips, insurance, extra food, and beverages are not included. As will be explained in the booking section, the cost will be broken down into respective parts.
2. What is your payment process?
Booking can also be done with a deposit through this site, or you can send a bank deposit for the villa’s booking. The balance amount has to be paid only on arrival in Nepal. We support popular payment types, which means that even if you do not make cash payments with your clients, you will still find it easy to make payment to us.
3. What if I need to cancel my trip?
That’s for cancellation in a natural case, if for any reason, please do not hesitate to notify us. With reference to this, our cancellation policy shows that you can be refunded depending on the time you cancel your reservation. This will be highlighted under the heading the booking terms and agreement.
4. Can I change my booking details?
You can make changes to your booking, including trek dates or destination, provided availability. We should be in touch early because if we cannot make those changes without additional fees, then that’s more money you will be charged, which is not a capitalist ideal.

5. When is the best time of year to trek in Nepal?
The best time to do trekking in Nepal is in the months of March up to may and in the month of september up to November. These months have favorable climate, sunshine and splendid views of mountains and some other tourist attraction sites.
6. Do I need a good fitness level to trek in Nepal?
A basic level of fitness is enough for easier treks, but you’ll need to train up for moderate to challenging treks. Before your trek, you’re advised to get regular exercise, including cardio and stamina training.
7. Can I trek Nepal without a guide?
In some routes you can trek without a guide but if you guide it will be safe, better navigatable and you will be cultured as well. Some areas, however, are restricted and you must be accompanied by a guide.
8. How much does it cost to trek in Nepal?
Cost varies from trek route to trek duration and services given. Ev The chances of getting someone who would somehow charge a lesser amount are next to nothing for popular treks like Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit or Langtang, the prices usually range from $800 to $2,500 per person including permits, meals, and accommodation, so be warned.

9. What do I need to know about altitude sickness?
While trekking at high elevations, people tend to get altitude sickness. Headache, nausea and shortness of breath are symptoms. We adapt these itineraries so they include proper acclimatization days, and give useful advice on keeping hydrated and recognizing symptoms early.
10. Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for trekking in Nepal. It typically covers high-altitude trekking (above 4,000m), medical emergencies, helicopter evacuation, and trip cancellations.
11. Can I trust my trekking guide?
All our guides are professional, licensed, experienced, and fluent in English and desired language. They are trained in first aid and altitude sickness management which ensures your safety and makes a memorable trekking experience.
Preparation
12. What should I wear to trek in Nepal?
Layering clothes is key for trekking. We recommend to pack moisture-wicking base layers, a warm mid-layer, a waterproof outer jacket, and sturdy trekking boots as well. Don’t forget gloves, hats, and sunglasses for varying weather conditions during your journey.
13. Do I need trekking permits to trek in Nepal?
Yes, most treks require permits like the TIMS card (Trekkers’ Information Management System) and area-specific permits such as the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP). We’ll assist in organizing these for you as well.
14. What’s on my packing list for trekking in Nepal?
Your packing list should include essentials such as trekking boots, a backpack, sleeping bag, trekking poles, trekking stick, water bottles, first aid supplies, and personal toiletries. We’ll provide a detailed list based on your trek and preference.
15. How much should I tip my guide and porters?
Tipping is customary in Nepal. We recommend tipping around 10-15% of the trek cost, twitch is to be shared among guides and porters. For guides, a tip of $8-10 per day is standard, while porters typically receive $5-8 per day.
